Adventure Boot Camp is a 4-week outdoor fitness
program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling
and motivational training packed with fun and energizing
activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Do you

Who is it designed for?
This program is for all types of women. You can be in tip-top
shape, moderate shape, beginner shape, or making your first step
towards reaching your fitness goals. We take and train all
levels; you will NOT be left behind at any point. You choose

is certain, at the end of the 4-week session, you WILL see

How do you get us to get into our fat burning
zone?
Most people stay in their comfort zone
when exercising. This is something you learn
to get out of in Boot Camp. We don't settle
for comfortable. The only way to get ahead is
too get in your fat burning zone. THIS is what
we do every single day at Boot Camp. Level 1
or level 10, you all have a fat burning zone and you
WILL be in it at Boot Camp! You can't be comfy
and expect results!
Don't be frightened, we take
